【職務說明】 In this position, you will be working within the PCCG Wireless Application Engineering organization to help debug and resolve customer issues with Mobile Wireless Group's wireless products including Wi-Fi, WiMAX, and Bluetooth
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working closely with product marketing to support design-in and design-win technical effort on Intel wireless (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) products
- Working closely with customers and engineering to isolate and debug issues
- Be technical product expert in wireless products
- Be focal point for system issues and lead investigation, analysis and working with engineering to come up with solutions
- Clearly communicating progress of technical issues internally and externally during resolution and appropriately up-leveling details where applicable
- Reproduction and representation of the customer's technical issues to the internal development teams
- Infrequent international travel to other Intel development sites and to customer sites



【其它條件】 You must possess a Bachelor's of Science, with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Additional qualifications include:
- Experience/knowledge in development of products in computer networking, wireless products preferred
- Experience in integration of wireless products in notebook, embedded/CE, and tablet devices.
- Solid technical background/education in networking, including Wi-Fi/WLAN, Bluetooth/WPAN and WWAN.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant communication standards and protocols
- Capability to lead task forces with multidiscipline team
- Familiarity with Microsoft* Windows7*, Microsoft* Windows7e*, and Microsoft* Windows XP* systems
- Experience/knowledge in detailed debug log collection and analysis
- Experience/knowledge with networking debug tools such as sniffers and remote KVMs
- Experience/knowledge in debugging low-level system issues with preferable experience with Intel Wireless products
- Self-directed and motivated to be successful in this environment
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to generate technical documents defining and describing product issues and resolution details
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Must have skills:
Wireless Networking (802.11, and Bluetooth)
Project management and networking skills

Other desired skills:
Embedded/PC Architecture knowledge
RF and Antenna Design understanding
Android, FreeBSD and MeeGo OS experience
