Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
* Provide technical & application support to customers.
* Identify design-in opportunities and win sockets with technical sale approach.
* Conduct professional training courses for distributors and customers.
* Develop reference design and evaluation boards.
* Gather market intelligence and feedback market requirements.

Criteria of Profile

* Education:
EE, BA or above.

* Working experience:

- 3 years or above in 32 bit microprocessor based system design especially in PowerPC Architecture. Digital Signal Processor experience is a plus.
- Solid experience in the applications of networking system, Femtocell, LAN Switch, UTM/VPN
Gateway, and NAS. LTE/WCDMA experience is a plus.

* Skill:
- Acquainted with tooling in schematics design, PCB layout, circuit simulation, and scope.
- Be familiar with computer language in C, assembly, and development environment including
compiler, assembler, and debugging tools.
- Knowledgeable in Linux, boot loader, BSP, and rootfs.
- Good presentation skill.
- Good command in English.
- Familiar with Microsoft office.

Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is responsible for amplifying the voices of the customer and of the market for the entire company and growing the Freescale brand. Joining Freescale GSM as an FAE will make you work in a team of technical expertise and enable you work with the key account of Freescale, Huaiwei, which can enrich your experience and exposure to top communication in China and the view of professional sales operation practice.



Responsibility:

- Support Freescale PowerQUICC Communication Processors and Host ProcessorsQorIQ multi-core Processors.

- Provide intensive technical support to key customers including requirements analysis, product promotion and trainings, system evaluation, schematic review, prototype debug, production problem analysis, etc.

- Acting as the major technical interface to customer, Aggressive in pro-actively to captureing new designs. Collaborate with OEM sales and marketing teams to penetrate focused accounts, drive design in to design win.
- Collaborate with A/P and worldwide application teams to support key customers issues.
- Support regional marketing events.

Qualifications
:

- Candidates should have a Bachelor degree and preferable a Master degree in EE or CS.
- At least 5 years of R&D working experience in high-end embedded system, direct experience of communication/networking equipment design based on PowerPC or other multi-core processors is highly preferred..
- Solid experiences in hardware design, BSP & Linux/Vxworks.
- In-depth understanding of modern computer architecture, familiar with the popular peripherals such as PCI-E, sRIO etc. Familiar with 3G/LTE base station, router etc. infrastructure application is a strong plus.
- Candidate should be proactive and highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure.  Able to work independently as well as teamwork with others. Able to learn and master new technologies quickly.
- Good Interpersonal and customer interfacing skills, FAE or AE working experience is a plus.

- Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
